Every day we are faced with choices that must be made. Some big, some small. Some of those choices lead us back to our soul and some lead us astray.

Being a woman is complicated. And something that I think isn’t acknowledged enough is just how complicated it can be for women to heal with other women.

Many of us are conditioned to be sweet, kind, good, and most of all, pleasing for all. We’re conditioned to keep our voices and opinions small and make sure not to rock the boat. “Just be agreeable”, they said.

In my life, I’ve watched this conditioning seep not only into my professional, familial, and romantic relationships, but also my friendships with women. After speaking to so many who have silently suffered through the same, I was inspired to create this circle.

This is a space where we get to authentically create sisterhood. One that is built intentionally through the constant devotion of helping one another de-condition.

This is the space where we get to embrace our inner lioness, take what we need, claim our boundaries, express our authentic reflections through consent, check in with one another, state our desires and needs, and practice radial curiosity & non-judgment.

We get to embrace our shadow and talk about how… yeah, it can feel super fucking intimidating to walk into a group of women who are strangers AND be incredibly healing.

And yeah, we get to look the feminine shadow right in the eye with one another and fall in love with witnessing it through non-judgement together.

And it’s through this process that true, safe sisterhood is formed.
