The Liberated Woman

A mentorship container where you liberate yourself through forming deep relationships with your shadow and light, fear and intuition, and pain and power.

Imagine waking up every day feeling fully in your own skin, no second-guessing, no self-editing to make others comfortable. You walk into rooms, into conversations, with a grounded confidence that you belong there—because you know that your presence and your truth don’t need permission or validation from anyone else. It’s no longer about making sure everyone around you is okay before you are; you’re standing in your own life, as your own authority, unapologetically.

In this reality, you don’t feel the pressure to shape-shift or shrink. The voices of self-doubt and “what will they think?” don’t run the show anymore. Instead, you make choices rooted in who you are, honoring your desires, boundaries, and values. You’re not afraid to say no, to say yes, to speak up, or to stay silent—because every action comes from a place of alignment with your own worth and power.

For so long, you may have found yourself caught in relationships with people who demanded to hold the authority, who insisted you see things only from their perspective, leaving little room for your own truth, and your own experience.

In Reclaim, we flip that script entirely. Here, you’ll move away from those patterns of power imbalance and into a space where you hold your own authority while still honoring theirs.

From this flip, your relationships have shifted entirely, because the people around you either rise to meet you, or they naturally make way for those who do.

You’re no longer bound by the expectations that kept you small. You’re liberated—living life on your terms, with a sense of calm power that is yours alone. This journey of back home to your True Self isn’t about perfection; it’s about reclaiming the truth of who you are and trusting that that’s more than enough.

It’s about the kind of freedom that comes when you no longer play by anyone’s rulebook but your own.

RECLAIM your birthright, babe

〰️

RECLAIM your birthright, babe 〰️

Reclaim is a transformative coaching container for the one who’s ready to stand tall, own their truth, and finally let themselves take up the space they deserve. I know how it feels to be so ready to break free from feeling small, silenced, and stuck in cycles and relationships that don’t serve you. I get it babe. And this is your damn birthright.

In this space, you’ll dive deep into your relationship with expression, power, authority, and worth, shedding layers of self-doubt, perfectionism and people-pleasing that have kept you on the sidelines of your own life.

Reclaim is for those who are ready to say goodbye to the cycle of being voiceless and agreeable. It’s time to embrace authentic self-expression and relationships that celebrate your boundaries and truth.

Together, we’ll dive into what’s kept you in the background—those layers of people-pleasing, self-criticism, and quiet compromises that have dimmed your light. We’re not here to wait for someone else’s approval; this is about reclaiming the authority over your voice, your worth, and your choices. This work is about letting go of what no longer serves you and embracing the you that’s been waiting to live, loudly and freely.

This isn’t a journey for the faint of heart, but if you’re ready to say goodbye to all the conditioning that kept you agreeable, this is your invitation to Reclaim your life on your own terms.

HOW DOES THIS WORK?

Let’s imagine you show up for a session, fresh off a tough conversation with a friend—let’s call her Jane. You’ve noticed a pattern: with friends, partners, or family, you often feel stuck in cycles where you silence your own needs to avoid conflict. But this time, you’re ready to change the script.

Jane has always felt like the “dominant” one in your dynamic, comfortable asserting her needs and boundaries in ways you’ve struggled with. When she brought up something she wanted you to change, you immediately blacked out and found yourself apologizing, promising, “I’ll never do X again.”

Here’s the thing: validating and supporting others is beautiful. But in this moment, you may have missed the chance to ask yourself: What about my boundaries, my thoughts, my needs?

  1. In our first session, we’ll zoom in on this moment and break it down. What need of yours went unmet? What part of you blocked your expression? Is there anger or resentment bubbling up underneath? Together, we’ll create a vision for how you want to show up differently in the future.

  2. Next session, we’ll meet that part of you—the one that kept you quiet. We’ll get curious. How old is this part? Where do they live in your body? What are they trying to protect? By listening, we begin to build a relationship of trust with them. Because just like any relationship, trust is built through compassion and understanding. And trust is a foundational piece in your liberation.

  3. Then, we’ll go deeper. We might spend a session expressing this part’s truth through your body—their rage, their grief, their giggles, their curiosity. Letting them be. Messy, complicated, beautiful. This is how we claim the authority of our lives: by showing every part of us that we’re here and we’re listening and we’re ready to move this experience through our body. No more suppression.

  4. Later, you might come in ready to address the dynamic with Jane head-on. Maybe you feel that, in certain moments, she demands the world be seen through her lens. We’ll explore what isn’t honoring your sovereignty and craft a way forward that reflects your truth—while also leaving space for hers.

As these conversations unfold, the willingness of people like Jane to grow with you will become clear. Some will evolve with you; others won’t. But no matter how others respond, you will be free, liberated, and reclaimed.

These examples are just a few of the many modalities we will use in session. I rely on my intuition and discernment to guide you to the practice or facet of your healing that I believe will best serve you on a given day.
